Saint Faustina Church
St. Faustina Church & Community: Our Mission Statement
St. Faustina Church respects the right of private judgment and prays for God’s continued revelation. We seek with love to provoke, inspire and challenge each other in our faith as it manifests itself in our daily lives and be aware of our dependence on God’s grace through the Holy Spirit. That we acknowledge as our Biblical mandate the call to feed the hungry, cloth the naked, give drink to the thirsty, receive the stranger, care for the sick and ailing and give help to all those who are in need especially the orphans and widows and those who have been disenfranchised in this world.
That all members and visitors of St. Faustina Church will experience a feeling of a supportive Christian family through our worship that is Holy, joyful, and grounded in the faith taught to us by Jesus Christ. That St. Faustina Church will provide the worshiping needs of all members and continue to develop an outreach ministry in the community for all of God’s children regardless of race, color, creed, national origin, orientation and gender.
That St. Faustina Church will reach out to the world and the nation and attend to the diversity and changing needs of the neighborhood in which every member is involved in service within the congregation and outside the congregation.
To make known God, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit through common worship, celebration of the sacraments, outreach ministries, Christian education, stewardship of God’s creation, proclamation of the Gospel by Word and Deed and fellowship in a vital community of faith.
